We are an independently owned company offering you the best tickets to the best events. With many years of experience, our team is ready to help you get to the show!
Many events have been postponed to 2021 and some have been cancelled. If you have already purchased tickets for a re-scheduled show it is likely they will be valid for the new date. Please always check with the point or purchase. In the event of cancellation or postponement, where you have purchased your tickets directly from The Ticket Shop and would like a refund, the face value only shall be refunded.
Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at an event. The Ticket Shop is not responsible for the health and safety of any events. We encourage you to follow the organiser’s safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.

Is The Ticket Shop a reseller?
In short NO, your purchase is direct with the promoter or venue for the event. We sell event tickets for promoters and venues. We are also a fully authorised affiliate of Ticketmaster, and have tickets available for 1000’s of shows from music to theatre (as such these purchases are protected).
How do I advertise my event on your site?
We welcome all artists, promoters, event organisers and venues to sell their tickets on our website. Get in touch with us through our CONTACT US page and someone will get back to you!
